On Friday April 7th, MFHA will conduct a pilot test of our new multicultural – multigenerational leadership and professional development platform. At this invitation only event, we will present a sampling from the one-day workshop and solicit feedback from attendees so that content can be customized for the restaurant, foodservice and lodging industry workforce.
- The audience for the April Pilot test is leadership and human resources executives and decision makers who can view and offer input on the content.
- The audience for the actual workshop is for early and mid-career supervisors, managers and directors that have high potential and who need coaching and efficacy training to increase performance and business results.
