People Report™ is the foremost provider of human resource metrics, benchmarks, trends and best people practices for the foodservice industry. Acknowledged by the National Restaurant Association Educational Foundation as an expert in workforce practices, this innovative research and consulting practice publishes quarterly and annual reports for it’s members that track, analyze and benchmark the people side of the P&L. Key findings are further analyzed by segment in the restaurant industry, categorized by sales, guest check, and, where possible, service style. In 2007, MFHA and People Report will partner on a joint publication highlighting diversity in the foodservice workforce based on People Report data and joint surveys. |
